- See 20 - 25 patients per day
- Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- Phone call only 1 - 2 times per month
- Join 10 providers at Kingston location
- Part-time or full-time positions available
- Lactation consultant and behavioral health in-house
- Located near the Poconos recreation area
