What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility program.
- Provide outpatient diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments.
- Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams ensuring high-quality reproductive care.
- Drive quality improvement and clinical standards within the division.
- Participate in strategic planning and program development.
- Manage clinic operations and implement growth initiatives.
- Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as determined by leadership.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal care standards.
What You Need
- Active medical license in Michigan or eligible.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
- Significant clinical experience in reproductive medicine preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
