What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility program.
• Provide outpatient diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments.
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams ensuring high-quality reproductive care.
• Drive quality improvement and clinical standards within the division.
• Participate in strategic planning and program development.
• Manage clinic operations and implement growth initiatives.
• Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as determined by leadership.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal care standards.

What You Need

• Active medical license in Michigan or eligible.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
• Significant clinical experience in reproductive medicine preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
