We are a democratic 15 partner group looking to hire an additional physician to staff United Regional Health Care System. United Regional is a Level 2 Trauma Center with a 42 bed ER, and 75k annual visits, located two hours NW of Dallas/Fort Worth. We have a very competitive hourly as IC with partnership track as we are looking to add to the practice.
We are a highly stable group (30-year history) with great relations with the hospital with very low turnover of group.
Relocation fee and sign on bonus given by hospital.
Turnaround time to disposition typically 2 to 3 hours with 2pph average.
10-hour 6 MD shifts with scribes available
30-hour APP coverage in fast track.
Four full time nocturnists with minimal overnight shifts.
Attached CDU run by senior APPs with physician backup.
Epic EMR.
No psych holds and 24-hour ER social work who can place patients directly to nursing homes.
