- Physician Autonomy - You decide how your schedule is built and your volume.
- Average of 10-14 patients per day with 4.5-day work week
- Renovated multi-specialty clinic space with on-site lab, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), and APP ran walk-in care
- Strong support to reduce cleric burden and keep you practicing medicine: APP's, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers, and peer physicians
- A transition clinic that streamlines post-discharge care to create longitudinal management of complex patients instead of urgent follow-ups.
- Highly competitive compensation model that includes incentives for production, panel size, quality/value-based goal achievement, and additional compensation for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers.
