ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Institute in Appleton, WI.
Position Details:
- Full-time: 0.75 or PRN- 0.1 FTE
- Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
- Opportunities for quality improvement work.
- Exciting opportunity to partner with nearly all specialty practices starting with surgeons, primary care, therapy, cardiology, pulmonary etc… all the way through the surgical experience and post-operative phase.
Experienced APC preferred but will accept new grad
