We have a need for BE/BC Outpatient Internal Medicine Physicians to join the team. This is a great opportunity to continue to build on the momentum of our established and thriving practices in the Yakima Valley and manage it to your style with leadership capability.  We are in an area of need for primary care specialists who enjoy building long-lasting relationships with their patients and providing continuum of care.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited US Residency program.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Great peer references and in good standing.
• Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
  
  

Total Rewards:

• Generous base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $240k-$300k p/y DOE.
• RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp up.

Practice Highlights and Experience/Training Preferences:

• Provider driven practices with administrative support.
• Blend of primary care and walk-in care services. (10 primary care/multispecialty outpatient clinics, and close to 20 specialty care services/clinics located throughout the Yakima Valley.) The health system also has 2 hospitals.
• Outpatient clinic offering primary care services to an adult population.  No after hours, call, or weekends.
• Typical volume ranges 15-25+ patients per day. Ranges that allow you to meet or exceed threshold for bonuses/productivity and earn a fantastic living (no pressure environment).
• Open communication/transparency with Administration, and direct access to our specialists.
• EMR: Cerner
• Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
