ECU Health Duplin Hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced ABEM certified physician to work in their Emergency Department. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled call for orientation.

7:30am – 7:30pm
August 1, 2, 3, 4
7:30pm – 7:30am
August 1, 5, 6, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21
Details:
- Will accept EM physicians and IM/FM physicians with emergency medicine experience and required certifications
- Required certifications if IM/FM trained (no exceptions): ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- ED has 15 total beds
- New ED renovation
- Minor Emergency section newly opened (fast track)- 12 hours daily
- Total inpatient census: 47 acute
- Average number of ED Patients/Day: 80
- Average number of Admissions/Day: 11
- Ideally looking for Six to twelve 12 hour shifts per month

In addition to providing general medical and surgical services, ECU Health Duplin offers chemotherapy and other cancer infusion interventions and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center.
