ED Pediatrics Call Coverage; 30 min from LAX

• Must have airway management (NRP) certification
• Must be board certified in pediatrics
• 24 hour call
• Must have hospital experience in the last 2 years
• Must maintain own malpractice insurance coverage
• Stipend plus retain own professional billing collections

Additional Details

• Average of 2 births per day
• No pediatric ward
• Low risk delivery only
• Management of peds surgical patients between the ages of 14 - 17
• Average of 4 - 5 nursery census

MLKCH opened in July 2015 as a state of the art facility with best in class technology systems and operations. MLKCH has 131 licensed beds, including 93 medical/surgical beds, 20 intensive care beds and 18 obstetrical beds.
