Are you seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity that gives you the ability to practice in a thriving Family Practice setting with a supportive team?
ThedaCare Physicians - North may be the location and practice you have been seeking! We need Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our team to provide the highest quality of care to each patient we see. As ThedaCare moves to a preventative and holistic approach to medicine, having a strong passion for Family Medicine is vital for this role.
Position Details:
- 1.0 FTE - 4 work days with 36 contact hours
- Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant but would consider new graduates.
- Weekend support is 1-3 times per year
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- The team includes 17 physicians and 15 APCs.
- Will cover provider needs at the Black Creek and West sites
