Duke Health System, the Duke Department of Neurosurgery, and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery are seeking a Chief of Physiatry to lead and grow the Interdepartmental Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, educational, and research activities of the division. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals while collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pediatricians, neurologists, primary care physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors to ensure the highest quality of care for Duke’s patients.  Candidates must be board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, plus have at least 5 years of Physiatry and/or leadership experience.  Candidates with a clinical and/or academic interest in any Physiatry subspecialty are welcome to apply.
