The city enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year and serves as a gateway to stunning desert landscapes, the Franklin Mountains State Park, and outdoor recreation year-round. El Paso's rich cultural heritage — shaped by a unique blend of American and Mexican traditions — means world-class cuisine, vibrant festivals, and historic sites are woven into everyday life. Families thrive here thanks to excellent educational options, including Division I universities and respected private colleges. And with no state income tax in Texas, your compensation goes even further in a city that genuinely rewards the physicians who choose to call it home.
