About the Role
The Oncology Institute of Hope & Innovation (TOI) is seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician to join our growing practice in Las Vegas, NV. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support, predictable income, and leadership growth potential.
At TOI, physicians practice at the top of their license while being supported by an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on patient care.
Practice & Clinical Support Model
- Established referral networks and growing patient demand
- Collaborative, team-based environment with strong operational and clinical support
- On-site infusion services
- Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support

Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed base salary $650k+ (based on experience) + wRVU upside—no shift to production-only compensation
- $100K signing bonus
