We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Physician to our team at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.
Practice Highlights:
- Up to $100K sign-on bonus

- Opportunity to work at two locations: Fairfield Medical Center and River Valley Campus
- Strong APP support and flexible scheduling
- Full specialty support with telemedicine access
- OB Hospitalist in-house 24/7, psych services available onsite and partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital
What your practice will look like:
You’ll work in a well-supported Emergency Department with strong specialty backup and access to telemedicine and consult services. The team structure supports efficient patient flow and consistent, high-quality care across shifts.
About the facility:
Fairfield Medical Center is a 222-bed, non-profit hospital offering a full range of services including cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, and women’s health. River Valley Campus is a 12-bed emergency department with a separate dedicated squad entrance and trauma bay.
