Primary Care Physician Assistant – Odessa, TX (Westview)

We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. You'll work in a highly supportive, collaborative environment where APPs are empowered to practice at the top of their license while delivering comprehensive, high-quality care.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
• Monday–Friday schedule; no evenings or weekends
• Broad clinical scope including family medicine, internal medicine, acute care, women's health, and occupational medicine
• Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, Medicare wellness visits, and DOT physicals
• Opportunity to perform office-based procedures
• Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
• Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team
• On-site diagnostic services including lab, xray, and ultrasound

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ years of primary care or urgent care experience required
• Spanish-speaking highly preferred
• FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification required for DOT physicals; practice will cover the cost of certification if needed
