We’re looking for experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our team in Portland, OR. We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. This highly valued position supports our department by alternating clinic time with managing in basket work for colleagues. This role offers flexibility and work-life balance with opportunities to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary care and caring for adult and geriatric patients, as well as skillful in basket practices.

The Internal Medicine Department has 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon. In total we have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians (including 9 APC Hybrids) across both OR and WA.

Position details:
• Work schedule will be split between patient contact time and in-basket management
• Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of two years of primary care clinical experience required (new graduates are not eligible)
• Flexible schedules – four or five-day work week
