Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists, other healthcare providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide patient education and ensure a compassionate approach to care delivery.
• Perform follow-up evaluations and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program) from an accredited institution.
• Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license and certification in Gastroenterology (preferred) or relevant clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in gastroenterology is a plus, but we welcome NPs with diverse backgrounds.
