We have a unique part-time opportunity in partnership with the Grande Cheese Wellness clinic in Rubicon, Wisconsin. This unique environment emphasizes a patient-centered approach to both primary and acute care for Grande employees and their families. Job Details:

• 100% Outpatient clinic setting
• Acute Care and Primary Care
• Employed opportunity with SSM Health
• Schedule:
• Part-time at 8 hours/week
• Clinic is open Tuesday 1-4:30pm and Thursday 8-11a
• NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Opportunity to pick up at other locations throughout Wisconsin
• Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA available
• In-office procedures, labs onsite

Your Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• NPs should have Family Certification
