Logan Health is seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Libby, Montana. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care

Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning

Participate in patient education and follow-up care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for cardiology

Must have 2 years Cardiology APP experience
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
