Critical Care ICU Nights - APRN or PA

Health First is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Critical Care ICU team at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. 

Position Highlights:

• Employed full-time position with Health First
• 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM (Tuesday-Tuesday rotation)
• Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Provide comprehensive and preventative care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with intensivists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans for ICU patients
• Utilize EPIC EHR and Dragon for documentation and patient management

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Florida state license as a PA or APRN
• Prior experience in a critical care setting as an APP required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
