What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Perform vital sign checks, patient assessments, and documentation.
• Assist in treatments, procedures, and wound care under supervision.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
• Support infection control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What You Bring:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program (required).
• Experience: 1+ years of clinical nursing preferred (clinic or community health experience a plus).
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Unrestricted LPN license in Missouri (required).
  • BLS Certification (required).
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Direct patient care across all age groups (infants to geriatrics).
• Exposure to biohazards, radiation, and medical equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
