*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead, support, and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care and a positive team culture.
* Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote health, comfort, and well-being.
* Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers.
* Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
* Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, encouragement, and clinical leadership.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
* Provide education, guidance, and reassurance to residents and their families.
* Advocate for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those entrusted to our care.

*What We're Looking For*

* Active *RN or LPN license* in the state of practice.
* Experience in long-term care, senior living, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support others.
* Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
* Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to professional growth, lifelong learning, and excellence in nursing practice.

Pay: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour
