AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a Urologist to become part of a thriving two-physician program supported by Da Vinci 5 and Xi robotic platforms, dedicated block time, APP support, and a sustainable 1:4 call schedule. We offer competitive guaranteed base salary with uncapped wRVU productivity incentives and substantial long-term earning potential for high-volume physicians.

• Primary and secondary service area population greater than 100,000
• Established referral base with fast-growing number of employed primary care physicians
• Recent renovations and equipment upgrades
• Da Vinci 5 & Xi Robot on-site
• Strong hospital & surgical support with highly trained OR staff
• Clinic and surgical schedule with dedicated OR time
• Support / Care Team: Two experienced Urologists, APPs, and full clinical support staff
• Manageable Call Schedule: 1:4 Rotation

Requirements for the position:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.
• Eligible to be state licensed in the state of Georgia.
• Fellowship Trained (Preferred)
• High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
