What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care for a Level I nursery with approximately 600 deliveries annually
• Conduct daily rounds on newborns and attend deliveries as needed
• Manage stabilization, treatment, and transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs and neonatologists in a supportive work environment
• Contribute to the startup of a new 10-bed LDRP Neonatal Unit at CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont
• Maintain clinical excellence while working in a facility recognized for outstanding care

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and transport management
• Ability to work independently in a new facility with a team-oriented mindset
