What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized care in the 16-bed Level III NICU, collaborating with neonatologists
• Cover approximately 20 hours of daily shift coverage, including day and night backup
• Support mothers and newborns with comprehensive neonatal care
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Document and communicate patient data accurately
• Contribute to a luxurious, single-room NICU environment recognized for excellence

What You Need

• Current NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong neonatal care skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment
