What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage complex and critically ill neonates, including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and nitric oxide
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization, including transport
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and support staff
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital protocols

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Nevada state license or eligibility
• At least 3 years NICU experience, including high-acuity care
• Proficiency in neonatal critical care procedures and equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
