Make an Impact in Women’s Oncology Care
Advanced Women’s Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice delivering comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic oncology services. Our team of gynecologic oncologists, advanced practice providers, and oncology support staff is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an oncology background to join our collaborative and growing team.
About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will care for patients across the oncology continuum—from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with specialists while building meaningful patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Collaborate with gynecologic oncologists on treatment planning and management
- Manage symptoms and side effects related to cancer and treatment
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and tumor boards
- Coordinate care across surgical, radiation, and infusion services
- Support survivorship and long-term follow-up care
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of oncology experience as an NP or PA
- Experience with chemotherapy management preferred
Licensure & Certification:
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
- Active Arizona RN & APRN license
- FNP or AGPCNP certification
Physician Assistant:
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Licensed in Arizona
Additional Requirements:
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- ACLS certification
- OCN Certification preferred not required
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based settings
