Role Purpose:
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Neko Health, you’ll be part of our mission to redefine preventive care. You’ll use advanced technology—including high resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and data-powered decision support—to identify risks early and guide patients toward better long-term health. This is a deeply collaborative role: you’ll work closely with Physicians, Operators, and cross functional partners to deliver a seamless, insight driven patient experience.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months:

Deliver thoughtful, high quality preventive health screenings that put our members first — using advanced tools and evidence guided protocols to provide care that earns trust in every interaction (Member First, Always)

Transform clinical insights into meaningful, personalized action plans — focusing on high impact interventions that follow clear pathways while adapting quickly as our standards evolve. (Impact Not Performance)

Guide members with clear, human centered education about dermatologic and cardiovascular risks, empowering them with practical, compassionate support for healthier living. (Human After All)

Work seamlessly with clinicians and care teams as one coordinated body — ensuring continuity, shared understanding, and consistently excellent outcomes for every member. (One Team, One Body)

Drive bold improvements by contributing to research, training, and product evolution — embracing experimentation and continuous learning to help create 10X better preventive care. (Chase 10X, Not 10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience in a related medical setting.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an active New York license and national certification.

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Strong grounding in preventive care and patient education

Ability to work within structured clinical pathways

Comfort in a tech forward, fast paced care environment

Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
