What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage and support 1,400-1,500 NICU admissions annually
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nursing staff to deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
• Support stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care for fragile infants
• Engage in clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data collection efforts
• Contribute to a growing, innovative neonatal program with emphasis on compassionate care

What You Need
Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or ability to obtain
• Pediatric or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or eligible)
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Prior experience in neonatal intensive care (preferred but not mandatory for new graduates)

Preferred:

• Experience in high-acuity neonatal environments
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
