What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
• Function with high autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologists and on-call backup
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in high-quality neonatal patient management and safety protocols
• Contribute to a team-oriented, collegial environment

What You Need

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification
• Minimum 2+ years of neonatal care experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
