Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: Choose a schedule that works for you traditional blocked scheduling or (7on/7off, 14on/14off, etc.)
• Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume regional referral center with complex surgical, trauma, oncology, and robotic urology cases
• Ideal Work Environment: Established and respected urology program with collaborative leadership and modern facilities
• Favorable Call Schedule: Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support
• Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $550K - $710K+ $100,000 signing bonus plus additional quality incentives
  • Pay and pay ranges are based on 1.0 FTE, and by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000
• CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD / DO
• Certifications:  BC or BE in Urology
• Licensure: Active MN license or ability to obtain one
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
