What You'll Do:

• Assist urology surgeons with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment and care plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and procedures
• Manage post-operative and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
• Follow universal precautions and OSHA standards
• Support departmental operations alongside clinical and administrative staff

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred but not required:

• Urology experience
• Prior surgical or clinical office experience
