Opportunity Details:
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care Team. In this role, you will work closely alongside a physician, collaboratively managing and providing comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.
Shift Hours:
Part-Time 0.1 FTE (One weekend per month)
Practice Details:
- 24 hours per Month (more hours may be available each month)
- No call
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program
- WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required
