Practice Details

Sanford Clinic Worthington is looking to add two Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to its primary care group.

• Group consists of 2 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Ob/Gyn physician, 1 Rad/Onc, 2 General Surgeons, 2 Pediatricians, 2 Orthopedic Surgeons, 4 Emergency Medicine physicians, and 2 Hospitalists. Along with various Advance Practice Providers
• No call required
• Sanford Worthington Clinic is a Certified Medical Home with a Health Coach along with a Behavioral Health Therapist imbedded in the clinic
• Multiple specialists available via on-site or telemedicine (cardiology, vascular surgery, oncology, nephrology, physical medicine, ENT and many more)
• J1 eligible

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $278,915 - $360,949 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
