• End Date/Duration: Long-term coverage (full-time)
• Shift: Inpatient and Outpatient, 8 AM – 5 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), plus call responsibilities
• Hours/Week: 40 hours with guaranteed 8-hour days
• Employment Type: Contract/Locum
• Licenses/Certifications: Active WA license, DEA, BC, outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required
• Experience: Prior urology outpatient and surgical assisting experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assist in both inpatient and outpatient urology clinics and procedures
• Participate in surgical first assisting at least once weekly
• Provide coverage during clinic hours and be on call for overnight and weekend shifts
• Support patient care through pre- and post-operative assistance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality urology services
• Document clinical activities accurately within electronic health records

What You Need

• Valid Washington state license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology-related specialty
• Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
