Job Overview
- Specialty: Neurology
- Hospital Location: Petoskey, MI
- Clinic regular hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 24-hour weekend call: 8a-8a
- Outpatient Clinic Hours during shift:
- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri — 1:00 PM–3:00 PM (these appointments occur within the 8-hour on-site day).
- Call: Yes, coverage after hours.
- Summary: EEG reads inpatient and outpatient as needed. When there are no outpatients scheduled or if not for the entire time, the candidate will be expected to still provide onsite hospital coverage.
- Patients per day: 6-8
- EMR: Cerner
- Procedures Required:
- Radiologic Exam Interpretation
- Lumbar Puncture (Spinal Tap)
- EEG
- Brain Death Examination
- Evoked Potentials
