Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio — part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Flexible schedule: 2–5 days/week (4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
- Comprehensive support: 1 physician, 2 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, care team model
- 100% outpatient: optional inpatient for additional income
- Manageable call: light 1:3 with APP-first coverage
- Technology & support: onsite EEG & EMG, stroke-certified system, strong rehab services, 12-bed ACU
- Independent non-profit: local decision-making, low-bureaucracy environment
- Physician-led culture: full autonomy with influence over practice and decisions
Compensation & Benefits
- $400K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
- Total potential $400K–$500K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
- $40K sign-on bonus + $100K student loan support
- 5+ weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
- 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
- PSLF-eligible employer, Hospital employed position
