GENERAL UROLOGY-ASTRIA HEALTH IN WA

With continued growth and community support, we are recruiting for a BE/BC Urologist to join a multi-specialty clinic.

Enjoy an excellent compensation package including a generous guaranteed base salary (MGMA) with production incentives along with traditional employed benefit packages including sign-on  and commencement bonuses, relocation allowances, CME allowances, residency/fellowship stipends, malpractice, full comprehensive benefits, generous time off,  retirement, and much more!

  • General urology outpatient practice with minimal inpatient covering 1 hospital. 
  • Low competition  from other providers or groups in the immediate area. 
  • Must have experience or training on DaVinci Robot.
  • Support from our Hospitalists for consults and admits.
  • Ideally will have training or feel comfortable with general pediatric procedures.
  • Light call volume.
  • Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred.

ASTRIA SUNNYSIDE HOSPITAL (ASH)

Our only Critical Access Hospital within our health system, offers services you typically wouldn’t see or expect in a smaller community.  The hospital is located within the Yakima Valley and about 35/40 miles east of Yakima and 35/40 miles west of Tri Cities, WA.  The 25-bed hospital is a CAH that operates a series of primary and specialty clinics. The hospital offers a 24 hour level IV ER dept., 7 bed ICU, 3 general OR and 1 dedicated for C-sections, a level I cardiac facility, a cancer center, a FBC, inpatient and ambulatory surgical center including neurological, orthopedic, general, plastic, vascular, and   hospitalists.  The hospital also offers HBOT, wound care, advanced imaging and diagnostics, Robotics, and a comprehensive psychiatric program.  ASH serves more than 80,000 residents of the lower Yakima Valley and takes pride in providing the absolute highest standard of care with excellent services.

We are only a short 2-3-hour drive to the big 3-Seattle, Portland, and Spokane and about 5 hours to Vancouver BC.  We also have an airport for a quick 25 min flight to Seattle or the Tri-Cities airport with additional flight designations.
