EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Must have successfully graduated from an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency
Must have successfully graduated from an ACGME accredited Endocrinology fellowship
Must have or be eligible for a Michigan medical and DEA license
Must be board certified, or board eligible
