An excellent opportunity to join a busy private practice in Trenton, MI. Beaumont Health, in collaboration with an active vascular surgery practice, is seeking a fellowship trained vascular surgeon for the Trenton Campus to join a growing practice and play an essential role in Beaumont’s vision. The practice has a longstanding history of excellence in the community.
Trenton Hospital is a 193-bed acute care teaching hospital that sponsors nine university-affiliated residency programs. The hospital offers comprehensive medical and surgical care for its patients; all private beds, a medical and surgical intensive care unit and obstetrical care. Trenton Hospital is the only verified level II Trauma Center serving the downriver community. It is recognized in the nation by US News & World Report and is the only CMS 5 Star rated hospital in the downriver area.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills for program building, and exceptional communication skills to help expand the referral base and strengthen community ties.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Board Certified or eligible in General Surgery; Fellowship-trained in Vascular Surgery
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a persuasive communicator who is empathetic and a respectful listener who can create an atmosphere that allows individuals to flourish within the context of the department.
- Excellent surgical skills
- Must have or be eligible for a Michigan medical and DEA license
