Pediatric Radiologist – Driscoll Children’s Hospital Rio Grande Valley
Location: Edinburg, Texas

Driscoll Health System is excited to announce the expansion of its services with the opening of Driscoll Children’s Hospital Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas. We are currently recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Radiologist to join our growing team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of pediatric care in South Texas.
Position Highlights:
- Provide diagnostic imaging services exclusively for pediatric patients
- Join a multidisciplinary team at South Texas’s newest freestanding children’s hospital
- Opportunity to make a significant impact in an underserved and rapidly growing region
Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
- CAQ in Pediatric Radiology preferred but not required
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure

Opening soon on the campus of Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, Driscoll Children’s Hospital RGV will be the only freestanding, designated children's hospital in the region. The hospital will offer comprehensive pediatric services, including:
- Pediatric subspecialty care
- Inpatient and outpatient surgery
- Emergency services
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Imaging and laboratory services
- Rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Child Life program
This expansion continues the legacy of Clara Driscoll, who founded Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi in 1953 to provide world-class pediatric care to the children of South Texas.
