Outpatient Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

ArchWell Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Phoenix, AZ.

• Adult patient panel only (65+)
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
• Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:

• Provider must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full AZ medical licensure
• At least 5+ years’ experience working in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine 
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners all  welcome to apply
