Synergy Health Partners is looking for a Medical Director of Anesthesia with strong leadership and clinical skills to join a team working at TRI-STATE HEALTH in beautiful CLARKSTON, WASHINGTON.

Job Description:

• Medical Directorship:
  • Interface with C-suite, medical staff leaders, support personnel
  • Create strategies to maximize OR efficiency and institute new service lines
  • Create a culture of excellence in the surgery department, while maintaining your clinical skills
  • Attend/Develop OR Governance Committee and attend quarterly Surgical Committee Meetings
  • Review and create “Policies and Procedures” related to anesthesia and surgery
  • Provide educational lectures/instructions to CRNAs, OR Staff and others
• General Anesthesia Coverage:
  • Cases: Ortho, Robotics, General, B&B, Endo, Urology, GI
  • Lead a team of high quality, experienced CRNAs and together, staff 4 operating rooms
• Coverage for the operating rooms will be scheduled cases during the week, plus add-ons/emergencies on weekends and holidays
  • 30% administrative work
  • 70% own cases
• Intermittent beeper call and flexible schedule

• # of ORs:  4
• EMR: Meditech; Anesthesia uses paper

Compensation:

• No state tax for WA state
• Full-time preferred; Part-time is an option (restrictions apply)
• Base rate: $618K annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $50K (restrictions apply)

License:

• Active WA license preferred, and Synergy can assist in securing a Washington license for the right candidate.
