One facility, One Practice, Two Robots & Generous Employment Salary
- Employed with Generous base + RVU
- Work with a seasoned Urology Practice of almost 50 years in existence.
- Patients admitted to one facility- Baptist Memorial Hospital- Golden Triangle
- Loan repayment and monthly stipend available;
- Wide latitude of practice independence, but a strong culture of collegiality
- Robotic trained is a must, Two Da Vinci robots in the facility
- Great Benefits; 5 CME days $5,000 allowance; Personal paid vacation days
- Employment is with Baptist Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group with more than 900 physicians

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle is a 323-bed acute care, level -3 trauma facility located in east central Mississippi- staffing more than 100 medical and surgical physicians representing almost every specialty. From performing the latest in cancer treatment to providing open-heart surgery, Baptist Golden Triangle is one of the 26 facilities affiliated with the Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care system. At Baptist Golden Triangle, we offer a thriving Cardiac and Oncology Service Lines. As well, Busy Orthopaedic, Gastroenterology, and ENT. We also offer a community-based Internal Medicine Residency program with 27 residents by 2027.
