This full-time position is based in beautiful Jasper, Indiana, just minutes from our state-of-the-art hospital campus, where you’ll join a collaborative team of two experienced Neurologists and two skilled Advanced Practice Providers. General Neurology practice with subspecialty procedures available.

Procedures include:

EEG Reads
-
EMG/NCS (Required)
-
Botox Injections, including EMG-guided (Required)
-
VNS and DBS management (Preferred)

Ultrasound (Preferred)

Inpatient consults: Rare, only for patient continuity.

Call Schedule: Practice call only—no hospital call burden.

Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

$350,000 guaranteed salary (Year 1) + RVU and Quality Incentives
