ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Internal or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, coordinated care at ThedaCare Medical Center in Wautoma and Princeton, WI.

Details:

• .90 FTE 
• No Call
• Avg 15-18 pts per day
• State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License and State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License / State of Wisconsin Licensure of Physician Assistant
• Benefits available 

Previous experience preferred.
