We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital, at 8075 N. Shadeland Ave., Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46256.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside with our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.

  • Full-time, nights
  • Shift coverage includes 7 working nights in 21 days, 6 PM-6 AM
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will independently manage cardiothoracic and vascular patients in the Surgical ICU

Qualifications

  • Cardiothoracic Surgery and Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inpatient cardiac / ICU settings
  • Experience in bedside procedural skills such as central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines highly preferred
  • Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
