We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital East campus.

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights:

• Full time Monday through Friday schedule
• No call or weekends
• Outpatient only
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
