NP/PA Family Medicine Amherst, Wisconsin

• Full-time with flexible start/end times
• Open to 4- or 5-day work week
• Call is 1:6; light phone call only
• Average of 18 patients per day
• Experience preferred
• Work independently in a small rural practice
• This position allows the provider a lot of flexibility in growing their own practice and the provider has the potential to build a very solid patient panel
