Sanjana Nagraj, Internal Medicine Resident at Jacobi Medical Center & PracticeMatch Physican Ambassador

The PracticeMatch Virtual Career Fairs were invaluable to me in residency when searching for my first job as an attending physician. Through them, I was able to connect with a recruitment agency, which was later able to find me my dream job in a fantastic location that I'll start following graduating from residency this summer. Without PracticeMatch, I likely would have never come across this job opportunity. Thank you, PracticeMatch for making this possible!

Carter Newey, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Resident at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

PracticeMatch is one of the best resources for job search. The best hospitals with the most helpful recruiters on this platform help to decide the best choice for the job. I personally feel that it is a great platform to interact with the recruiters. The follow ups with recruiters are ensured. The added perk is the gift card when you register and attend the fair. I suggest all the caregivers searching for jobs to definitely attend the PracticeMatch.

Gurinder Kumar, Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellow at Case Western Reserve & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

During the initial process of my job search I am confused as everyone else, not sure where to begin with. A friend of mine recommended PracticeMatch. The registration process and updating CV was very simple. I started to get multiple interview requests immediately fitting my J1 Visa criteria as well. Their career fairs are the best, where we can be connected to multiple physician recruiters and explore new opportunities. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Vasudha Kota, Pediatric Resident at Children's Hospital of Michigan & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

PracticeMatch Career Fairs have allowed me to explore job opportunities across the US with so much ease. I've learned that recruiters can super helpful with providing information on career opportunities but also with connecting you to the right people! Furthermore, PracticeMatch holds companies that are outside of the "traditional hospital system" such as telehealth companies and Locums. I am excited to continue to use PracticeMatch as my go-to source to find a suitable job upon completing residency.

Darshan Shah, Physical Medicine & Rehab Resident at Penn State Hershey Medical Center & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

I truly feel PracticeMatch is a great virtual networking opportunity to help residents like us find the preferred location and job criteria we are looking for. It is easy to use, and the majority of recruiters are prompt and very helpful!

Chandani Patel, Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Texas Medical Branch Program & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

PracticeMatch has helped me in my journey as a physician in many ways. As a current fellow, it provides me with many opportunities to connect with recruiters regularly so that I can create connections to help me in my future job search. By participating in these career fairs, I learn what matters most to me and what questions are important for me to ask. In addition to these valuable experiences, the most apparent quality of PracticeMatch is each member's dedication to physicians. Every single person wants to hear about what may help physicians in any aspect of their careers. They are constantly creating new opportunities for physicians to engage in and are extremely receptive to feedback.

Mukti Patel, Hematology/Oncology Fellow at Rush University Medical Center & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

I highly recommend the PracticeMatch career fairs. The virtual fairs are very convenient and provide you with an opportunity to chat with several recruiters within a short time. The recruiters provide you with as much information as you need, answer all your questions, and clarify concerns. I have been attending the virtual fairs for a couple of months and I must say that the process has been eye opening for me. I have gained insight about available job opportunities, and with all that I have learned, I have been able to make an informed decision about my career path after residency. Did I mention the educational webinars they organize? I strongly believe that with all these resources in place, you would be well prepared for a career you desire in the future!

Ijeoma Amanze, Family Medicine Resident at LSU Health Shreveport/Monroe & PracticeMatch Physician Ambassador

PracticeMatch has offered me so many resources as well as great networking opportunities to learn about potential jobs. I would highly recommend any trainee to attend a career fair or take advantage of the other resources like the webinars. I think they have something useful for every trainee!
