Mercy Hospital-Springfield is seeking a full-time Urology Physician to join a dynamic team of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 5 NPs/PAs. With a busy and diverse patient population, you’ll have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of urology — from elective cases to trauma — in a supportive and collegial environment.
Starting salary $655,000 guaranteed, with production bonus up to $700,000 in your first year
$50,000 signing bonus + paid relocation
Perform advanced urology procedures in two dedicated urology suites, ESWL suite, outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms
Experienced support staff: urology PAs manage clinics so you can focus on surgical cases
Access to cutting-edge technology including 3T MRI, da Vinci Xi robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, ultrasound
Up to 4 OR days/week
Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible
1:5 hospital call or better, with APP support
Immediate patient access — over 200 employed referring primary care providers with proven high volumes
